Can I bring a guest to my appointment?

We warmly invite additional guests to enjoy a beverage at Pact Coffee, or to hangout on our benches in the shared hallways. Emsthetics treatment room does not allow additional guests unless arranged prior to the appointment due to space limitations.

i need to cancel my appointment, what is your policy?

Life happens and we completely understand! We do ask if possible to allow a minimum of 24 hours notice so we are able to offer your appointment time to other clients. Repeat last minute cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee to be paid in full before rebooking.

how do i prep for laser hair removal?

We kindly ask that any treatment area for laser hair removal be shaved NOT waxed 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have the most comfortable treatment. Clients will be rebooked if the treatment area is not shaved at the time of your appointment.

Avoid direct sun exposure to the treatment areas for two weeks prior to your appointment.

Avoid any topical acids or retinols to the treatment area up to 1 week prior to your appointment.

Avoid makeup or lotions on the treatment area on the day of your appointment.


I need an appointment time that isn’t listed

We aim to be as flexible as possible to be able to get you in for your treatment. Please contact us by calling or texting 780-999-7481 if an appointment time isn’t listed, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

do you offer direct billing?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer direct billing, but we are able to provide a detailed invoice after the completion of your appointment for your personal records.
